We pride ourselves in offering outstanding customer service and want you to be delighted with your purchase.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your product or receive a product which is faulty or damaged, we are here to help.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product:

Contact us as soon as possible

The product must be returned to us with the receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days from the date you received it.

The product must be in the original display packaging, including any instructions and be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product

Shipping costs are non-refundable

If you receive an item that is faulty upon delivery:

Contact us as soon as possible and we will send you a pre-paid returns label

The product must be returned to us with the receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days

Refunds

When we receive the product, we will inspect it; notify you of receipt and the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit/credit card (or original method of payment) which you will receive consistent with your card issuer’s policies.
